How do I make proper nouns (like George Washington) stay on the same line?

Good layout generally calls for keeping two-or-more-word proper nouns on the same line. To do this, you need to insert a non-breaking space (in HTML terms: ). There's an easy way to do it in the FrontPage editor, just hold down Ctrl and Shift and hit the space bar.

Note: HTML never lets you have more than one space at a time. To insert extra spaces, you need to use the HTML (non-breaking space) character. If you hit the space bar more than once in FrontPage 2000, it will automatically insert non-breaking spaces for you. Here is an example.
